Offline dishonor dispute 10

Question Category: Buyer & Supplier Communication Views: 470

I received a quote sourced through Alibaba, communicated and agreed on a sale with the Seller: SBC TRADING CO via their Sales Dept. director Mr. Eason Chan. I made payment and the goods were shipped as well as providing me with a Tracking number. After 8 weeks, my parcel arrived and when I opened it, it was totally the wrong order. I immediately notified Mr. Chan and on being ignored, left a feedback on their website: http://www.sbctradingco.com and still to avail. Subsequently, I tried to submit a dispute on Alibaba but this particular Seller is not recognized from their database and has left me wanting. How can I get either my money back or goods delivered?

    Hello Johnny:

Our common sense is usually blocked by supposed"great deals". http://goo.gl/w8OehW

SBC Trading is in the suppliers black list since 2016:

Just making a basic research can set if they are reliable... they are not!

SCAMMER type : scammers USE ESTABLISHED SUPPLIER¨S NAME  to lie the victims. In this case you can see their website and the HOT DEMAND Products showed, at so low prices...it is a big red flag!

I can not find the Fake supplier on Alibaba, I am sure they are "Free Members" - not verified.

I suggest to hire inspectors or purchase agents before purchase in bulk or check the items before leave China.

    Regards
