When I press the "Complain" button on the file a dispute page, I am taken to my order page. I am not given any kind of option to choose the product that I would like to dispute.
The merchant is ignoring me after I told her that her product ripped within seconds of use and that I wanted a full refund. The merchant clearly says they have a 60 day money back guarantee so please advice what I can do!? Or how to proceed with getting my money refunded a.s.a.p.

If you can not get the dispute link, email email@example.com and send the detailed issue with the order. attach pictures and short video if possible.
