I have five items ordered from AliExpress on November 11,2015. Items never arrived, I opened a dispute seller told me that the items are in the way and i accepted but obviously was a lie because they still did not arrived, after dispute was timed out seller did not answered me back. in the tracking number you can see that items never arrived. I write complains two times but they rejected they said that it is not accurate.
Is it still possible to resolve with them this situation?
yes,you can make complaints to alibaba customer servcie,or you can ask your chinese friend for help.
There's a lot of fake frauds on alibaba.com.
Safe way is before you place an order,you detect the supplier in details.
Normaly when they received the money,they will show you their real face.
If you open a dispute and then close it, it means you agree with the seller solution.
Next time if the item does not arrive, open a dispute and go ahead and escalate it.
If you get refunded and the item arrives, buy again and pay for the item.
